Merchant Context provides evidence-backed records about licensed local service businesses to AI assistants and to visitors of this site. Records come from public sources and, when a business approves a connection, its scheduling software, including Jobber. Every fact carries its source and check date so it can be independently verified.
You must be authorized to connect the business's Jobber account. You approve access through Jobber; we do not ask for your Jobber password. By connecting, you authorize Merchant Context to read the approved scheduling data and share your business's available appointment times with AI assistants and visitors using our service. The connection is read-only: it does not create, change, or cancel jobs or appointments.
We publish business availability, not your customers' names, addresses, contact details, job notes, or your staff's personal details. Our privacy policy explains how we handle connection data. You can revoke access by disconnecting Merchant Context in Jobber. Contact support to request removal of stored connection details.
An available time is an opening reported by the connected scheduler when checked, not a confirmed booking or a promise that the business can perform a particular job at your location. Availability can change. Confirm the service, time, and price directly with the business before relying on an appointment.
We report what public records say, with precedence given to authoritative sources (state registers first). Records can be wrong or stale at their source; where sources disagree, we show the disagreement rather than hide it. If a fact about your business is wrong, contact support and we will check it against the authoritative record.
Merchant Context does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic, leads, or revenue — in any assistant or search engine. Business inclusion and ordering are derived from public evidence; payment never affects them.
Don't scrape, bulk-harvest, or resell the index; don't use the service to harass businesses or misrepresent them. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merchant Context is not liable for decisions made from the information it provides. Hiring decisions are yours; verify licence and insurance directly with a contractor before work begins.
