Who AI assistants recommend for home services in Beacon Square, FL

We asked ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Mode for home services in Beacon Square, FL recommendations 30 times. Here is what they looked for on a contractor’s Beacon Square page, from the questions asked so far.

The short answer

This is a small sample, and so far every Beacon Square question was a heating and cooling job. Assistants found contractors from New Port Richey and Holiday, and some pages named Beacon Square. They often could not find reviews written by anyone other than the contractor, a phone number they trusted, or proof the contractor did the specific work.

What people actually asked

We asked 18 different questions here between October 9 and October 14, 2026. These are the six asked most, word for word, with how many of the 30 answers each produced:

  • “Air purifier installation near me — I'm in Beacon Square, FL. Who do you recommend?”2 answers
  • “Commercial HVAC repair near me — I'm in 34652. Who do you recommend?”2 answers
  • “I need commercial HVAC repair today — I'm in 34652. Who can actually come out?”2 answers
  • “I'm looking to get duct installation done in Beacon Square, FL sometime this month. Who should I get quotes from?”2 answers
  • “Looking for someone to do air purifier installation in Beacon Square, FL sometime this month. Any recommendations?”2 answers
  • “Who should I call for commercial HVAC repair in 34652?”2 answers

The other 12 questions asked for other jobs or worded the request differently. All 30 answers were about Beacon Square, in Pasco County (ZIP codes 34652 and 34691). By assistant: ChatGPT 12, Claude 12 and Google AI Mode 6.

The questions covered eight specific jobs. The most asked here, each with its own post:

The question underneath all of them

“Which contractor near Holiday or New Port Richey works in Beacon Square, and has anyone reviewed it?” In the heating and cooling questions asked so far, assistants found nearby contractors for Beacon Square but often lacked independent reviews or a trusted phone number.

What your Beacon Square page has to explain

No plumbing, electrical or roofing questions have been asked about Beacon Square yet, so this post rests on HVAC answers. Most of what those answers checked belongs on any contractor’s town page. That means the town’s name and ZIP code, the contractor’s base, a number to call and outside reviews.

Answers placed Beacon Square in Pasco County beside Holiday and New Port Richey, and nearly every contractor they named came from that area. Claude sometimes said it could not confirm anyone served Beacon Square itself. When a contractor’s office was in Tampa or another county, answers told the customer to ask which office would actually send someone.

Trust was the weakest point. Answers often said their details came only from the contractors’ own websites, with no independent ratings to weigh. Some declined to name a best choice. A Beacon Square page that links to outside reviews and shows a checkable license gives the customer, and the answer, something firmer.

What the assistants looked for before recommending anyone

We read all 30 answers to see what the assistants looked for before naming a company for home services in Beacon Square, FL, what they told the customer to ask, and what they said they couldn’t find.

What the assistants told customers to ask

Most common first:

Which office would send someone to Beacon Square?

Most contractors named were in New Port Richey, Port Richey or Holiday. For a contractor based in Tampa or with a distant street address, answers told customers to ask whether it travels to Pasco.

90% of the answers (27 of 30) brought this up.

It's a Tampa office, so ask whether it travels to Pasco.

— Claude, asked “I'm looking to get ductless mini-split installation done in Beacon Square, FL 34652 next month. Who should I get quotes from?”, October 14, 2026

Is there a free estimate and a written price?

53% of the answers (16 of 30) brought this up.

Is the license current, and who does the work?

Assistants sent Beacon Square customers to the DBPR lookup for the license and told them to ask for proof of insurance. Some also asked whether the contractor’s own employees or subcontractors would do the job.

43% of the answers (13 of 30) brought this up.

Check the contractor's license on the Florida DBPR website, and ask for proof of insurance.

Has anyone outside the company reviewed the work?

Answers often said they had no independent ratings for contractors near Beacon Square, only what the contractors wrote about themselves. Without them, some would not name a best choice.

27% of the answers (8 of 30) brought this up.

I couldn't find a source that ranks duct installers for Beacon Square specifically, so I can't honestly name one as the best.

What the assistants couldn’t find

In 12 of the 30 answers, the assistant said it couldn’t find or confirm something it needed about a company. By assistant: Claude in 12 of its 12, ChatGPT in 0 of its 12 and Google AI Mode in 0 of its 6. As we asked it, Claude usually says what it couldn’t confirm; ChatGPT and Google AI Mode seldom do, so these counts mostly show what Claude couldn’t find. Most often:

  • A phone number or other way to reach the company: 8 answers
  • Reviews it could check: 6 answers

Compared with the larger towns: Claude said it couldn’t confirm something in 12 of its 12 answers about Beacon Square (100%), and couldn’t confirm that any company served Beacon Square in 2 (17%). In the eight largest towns we studied, those figures were 40% and 4%.

For a contractor that works in Beacon Square, the gaps were a phone number and outside reviews, not the town itself. A page with a working number and links to independent reviews answers what these answers most often lacked, in any trade.

I didn't find a phone number I could confirm, so check its listing.

— Claude, asked “Looking for someone to do air purifier installation in Beacon Square, FL sometime this month. Any recommendations?”, October 10, 2026

Where the assistants sent people

Each answer linked to the pages the assistant relied on. Of the 24 ChatGPT and Claude answers about home services in Beacon Square, FL, this is how many linked at least once to each kind of site:

  • A contractor’s own website: 96% (23 answers)
  • A directory or review site such as Yelp, Angi or the BBB: 42% (10 answers)
  • A manufacturer or home-improvement guide: 38% (9 answers)
  • An official license lookup: 8% (2 answers)

A contractor’s own website was the page linked most often, so your site is usually what the customer is sent to read.

Google AI Mode works differently. In 67% of its 6 answers, the links opened Google’s own listing for a business rather than a website. There, your Google Business Profile is the page the customer sees, so it needs the same facts as your site.

Your Beacon Square page checklist

Work through this list on your Beacon Square page. Each item answers something the assistants looked for above.

  1. Use “Beacon Square” in the page title, the main heading and the first paragraph.
  2. Give the address of the office that serves Beacon Square, and name the nearby communities it covers.
  3. Put Beacon Square, 34652 and 34691 in your service-area text, not only on a map.
  4. Say whether estimates in Beacon Square are free, and what your written price includes.
  5. Show each trade’s license number with a link to the DBPR lookup, and say whether your own crew does the work.
  6. Link to your Google and BBB reviews, and point to recent ones from Beacon Square or Holiday jobs.
  7. List each kind of job you do in Beacon Square, so the customer can see a match before calling.
  8. Say how soon you can usually get to a Beacon Square job, and whether you take same-day calls.

  10. Link to your Google and BBB reviews, and offer references for commercial work.

Going further: let assistants see real openings

For an urgent job, “open now” doesn’t answer the customer’s real question: can the right technician get to this address within the next few hours?

Merchant Context builds custom integrations with scheduling software so customers and AI assistants can read your current availability. Where your system records the job type, service area, duration and crew capacity, the integration can show those details with each opening, so an assistant can match it to the request instead of guessing.

We scope each connection to the software and data you actually have. A displayed opening is not a confirmed booking: the customer still confirms through your normal booking process, and the information is only useful while it is fresh.

Questions owners ask

What should a contractor’s Beacon Square page say?

Answers about Beacon Square looked for the town’s name and 34652, the office the crew comes from, outside reviews and a working phone number. State each plainly, and show your Florida license number with a link to the state lookup.

Were plumbing, electrical or roofing jobs asked about in Beacon Square?

Not yet. Every Beacon Square question so far was a heating and cooling job. What the answers lacked most, outside reviews and a phone number, belongs to the town page rather than the trade. Cover both for any trade you do here.

Is Beacon Square the same as New Port Richey for a service-area list?

Answers treated Beacon Square as its own community beside Holiday and New Port Richey, and looked for pages that named it. If you serve it, list Beacon Square by name along with the nearby towns, rather than relying on New Port Richey alone.

Which AI assistants did you test?

ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Mode. Between October 9 and October 14, 2026, they answered 30 questions about home services in Beacon Square, FL: ChatGPT 12, Claude 12, Google AI Mode 6.

Will these changes guarantee a recommendation?

No. Nobody can promise that. These changes supply what the assistants were looking for in our research. Whether they move recommendations for your business is something to measure after they go live.

How we got these numbers

The questions, counts and quotes on this page come from the 30 answers ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Mode gave between October 9 and October 14, 2026. Every question named Beacon Square or one of its ZIP codes. We collected them with software rather than the consumer apps, which can answer differently. We counted what each answer mentioned, what it said it couldn’t find and where it linked. Quotes never name a business.

The study figures come from an earlier set of assistant conversations in July and August 2026 across eight trades, coded for the reason each business was included or left out. Counts overlap and are never added together.
